Galaxy Z Fold 6 is set to receive a new, thinner version with different cameras

Samsung is set to launch a thinner and more equipped version of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 later this year. Recently, an image of the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition leaked, revealing details about the design and configuration of the rear cameras of the device.

With confirmation that the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition will feature a triple camera system, a new image shared by Evan Blass (@evleaks) reveals the look of the rear cameras of the device. Each of the three cameras features a black ring around it that stands out from the surface, and all are arranged within a structure similar to the Galaxy S20.

Among the rumored specifications, it is expected that the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition will come equipped with a 200MP main rear camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.

Furthermore, a previously leaked image suggested that the rear design of the device features a brushed metal finish, which may indicate the use of titanium material, although nothing is confirmed at this time.

The new model is expected to bring an external 6.4-inch display, an internal foldable 8-inch display, and a larger capacity battery. The device may be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 For Galaxy chip, combined with 16GB of RAM, promising robust performance for users.
