The news comes from renowned leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore, who shared the information on X (formerly Twitter). He posted images of the Galaxy Watch FE from various angles, revealing the circular screen and silicone straps. The device can be seen in three color options: light blue, light pink, and black. Ambhore confirmed several key specifications of the upcoming smartwatch.
The Galaxy Watch FE reportedly features a 1.2-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 396 x 396 pixels. Under the hood, this model may come equipped with the Exynos W920 SoC, which has a dual-core 1.18GHz processor. This chip is paired with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The device runs on Wear OS with the Samsung One UI Watch 5.0 interface. A 247mAh battery powers this device, offering up to 30 hours of battery life. The device is compatible with Android 11 or higher and with devices with at least 1.5GB of RAM.
In terms of design, the Samsung Galaxy Watch FE may offer water resistance up to 50 meters (5ATM/IP68).
